So how do you want your life to be right now? If you are not happy with the state of your affairs or want something specific in your life, try visualizing the way your life should be.
Close your eyes and think about the areas of your life that are currently going through turbulence and imagine the way you want them to be right now. For instance, if you are not keeping good health you can visualize yourself to be healthy and be happy in the feeling of being totally healthy.
Similarly if you need to score good marks in an exam you can imagine a report card with the marks you desire and believe you have those marks right now. Visualize the report card and imagine the exact score you wish to receive. Most important-be happy about scoring the marks as you visualize.
Visualization is a time tested technique that gives a person the power to imagine the way he wants his new life to be. However, it has to be followed by actions also. It means one has to study Physics while visualizing 90 percent in the subject score card. Simply visualizing and not even filling the form for tests will obviously not get you the perfect scores.
Making a vision board or writing down what you want from life will also help you reach your goal quickly. Take a pen and paper and write down what you really want from life and then collect pictures related to your dreams and paste them on a vision board.
Keep this vision board where you can see it daily and imagine you have that perfect life right now. Start taking small actions that take you towards these goals and very soon you will find a noticeable difference in the quality of your life.
